Introduction

The THI300MB temperature control board detects the ambient temperature of the equipment using an NTC temperature sensor and displays the current ambient temperature on a LED. When the temperature exceeds the preset value, the control chip automatically adjusts the cooling fan speed based on the real-time temperature. The higher the temperature, the faster the fan rotates, and the lower the temperature, the slower the fan speed, effectively reducing noise and saving energy.

Setup guide

1. Upon powering on, the temperature control board's digital tube will display "888.8" for one second, then switch to show the current ambient temperature. The green POWER LED will remain steadily lit, and the RUN indicator light will flash.
2. Press the "Set" button once. The digital tube will display "H50.C", indicating that the maximum temperature is set to 50°C. The factory default setting is 50℃, with a maximum configurable temperature of 60℃. The adjustable temperature range is 21-60℃.
3. Press the "Set" button twice. The digital tube will display "L27.C", indicating that the minimum temperature is set to 27°C. The factory default setting is 27℃, with a minimum configurable temperature of 20℃. The adjustable temperature range is 20-59℃.
4. Press the "Set" button three times. The digital tube will return to displaying the current real-time temperature, and the set data will be saved.
5. The NTC temperature sensor is 100K (with a 1% tolerance). If the sensor is faulty or not connected, the digital tube will display "error".

Functional Description

1. When the ambient temperature is 1 degree Celsius higher than the set minimum temperature, the electric fan starts. When the ambient temperature falls 1 degree Celsius below the set minimum temperature, the electric fan turns off.
2. The fan's temperature control range for PWM regulation is from 1 degree above the set minimum temperature up to the set maximum temperature. Within this range, the output duty cycle PWM is adjusted from 5% to 100%.
3. While in the temperature parameter setting mode, the fan maintains its current speed. Parameters are only saved and take effect after exiting the setting mode. (Press the 'Set' button twice to exit the setting mode).
4. If no button is pressed for 10 seconds while in the setting mode, the system will automatically exit the setting mode, save the parameters, and return to displaying the real-time temperature.
